To everyone for all of your ongoing support through a year that has been extraordinary, to say the least.

We'd like to take a moment to reflect upon the good things we have shared, and we truly appreciate the opportunities we’ve had to continue to work together through this period and into the future.

The last six months in particular have been fraught with difficulties, but nothing is insurmountable when one puts one's mind to it!

True, it has been rather a nightmare in getting stock into Australia, but all the world has had to experience the same dramas this past year. We sincerely appreciate the wonderful patience and trust you, our supportive clients, have given us during this time! We look forward to rewarding you with a much smoother time from hereon. We have been doing our darnedest to work with the US Excalibur factory in order to overcome the shortage of product and aiming towards a full portfolio from now on!

The shipment on which we have all been painstakingly awaiting is on track to dock into the Port of Melbourne on New Year's Day! WOW ~ What a day to arrive 😏. We should have the shipment cleared, sorted and dehydrators on the way to all our faithfully waiting clients soon after landing.

A huge thank you to our team for your exceptional efforts and to our awesome clients for your support and trust. A big warm hello to our future clients with whom we will be working sometime in the near future; we'll see you soon 😏.
