Applying to the affiliate program

Signing up to be an affiliate is easy and free. Apply now and we’ll review your application within 3 business days. Remember to check your junk or spam folders if you don’t receive emails from us.

In order to become an affiliate, you must first submit your application. This helps us to better understand how you plan to promote the Excalibur brand and if you will be a good fit for the program. Please ensure you include at least one (1) valid URL in your application to the platform you will be using to advertise the affiliate link, eg. website, Instagram etc.

If you are approved, your affiliate account on the Excalibur Dehydrators Australia® affiliate dashboard will grant access to a reporting interface where you can track performance, and you can begin referring visitors from your own platform immediately. When a visitor clicks a link on your platform and arrives on the Excalibur Dehydrators Australia® site, and then goes on to complete a purchase, a referral will be created in your account.

Creating Links

As an affiliate with Excalibur Dehydrators ®, you are able to link directly to the Excalibur Dehydrators ® website via a unique referral link generated through your affiliate dashboard. Simply log into your affiliate dashboard and you will see your referral link on the "Home" tab. How much commission will I earn?

Commission rates are a percentage of the total amount charged to a customer, less any freight costs.

Products eligible for commission are subject to change at Excalibur Dehydrators Australia’s® discretion. Program rates are reviewed periodically, with appropriate changes made based on market conditions.

If credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction. (If a product is lost or damaged and we ship replacement goods to the customer, your commission will not be affected.)

Why would an application be rejected?

Reasons for a rejected application may include, but are not limited to, a website or content that:

   – Uses misleading or deceptive means to prompt clicks.
   – Includes an Excalibur Dehydrators Australia® trademark in its domain name.
   – Contains hate, violence or offensive content or sexually explicit material.
   – Promotes discrimination, illegal activities or otherwise violates any applicable laws.
   – Includes other inappropriate elements. What is deemed inappropriate is at Excalibur Dehydrators Australia’s® sole discretion.

If you think your application has been denied in error, reach out to us and provide your name or company name, account username, email and date of your application.

Commissions on personal purchases
