These trays were designed particularly for people who dry meats and other food in which a thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the trays are needed.
These stainless steel trays will stand up to high temperatures and heavy cleaning. They can be placed in the dishwasher or steam cleaned and are made from the same high grade stainless steel used in Excalibur's commercial dehydrators.
The trays are constructed with 100% 304 stainless steel with 1/4 inch square mesh, so no Polyscreen mesh sheets are needed.
