The 4548CDB Excalibur dehydrator provides the capacity of the compact 5 tray size, but comes fully equipped with the features of the larger high end digital models. The digital display features the 2 Time / 2 Temp feature, which can be used to speed up the drying process, making the overall time of drying far less by setting a period of time at a higher temperature and a period of time at a lower temperature.
The 4548CDB provides 0.74m² of drying area (~10kg of food), a 48 hour digital timer, a clear door letting you view progress without interrupting the drying process, while lending a sleek, modern look to the unit, Hyperwave™ Patented Technology, and Parallex® Horizontal Air Flow.
